Beverage Services Limited trading as Santos Coffee is a New Zealand owned and operated business and all transactions will be billed in a Bank of New Zealand approved currency.
This is not an on-going subscription. Every time a customer makes a purchase, this is counted as a separate transaction.

Santos Coffee accepts online credit and debit card payments in NZD dollars.
Santos Coffee will supply relevant payment information in the confirmation email and the delivery invoice.

Delivery is only in New Zealand
There may be a delivery fee depending on the goods purchased, this will be stated in the shopping cart process
Santos Coffee delivers goods within 7 days. Santos Coffee will attempt to deliver to you within this desired delivery time, however, they cannot guarantee this during busy periods.
At the time of confirmation it is possible for the card holder to cancel the transaction, provided this is confirmed in writing to Santos Coffee via the following email address: [email protected]

Santos Coffee offers a refund/replacement policy if you are unhappy with our good
Santos Coffee will refund or replace the goods that was delivered
